Sayo operates a facility equipped to run studies end to end, organized by function:
Waiting area for participants and companions, with a courtesy space.
Dedicated station with a draw chair, scale and stadimeter, and supplies for collecting and handling samples.
Centrifuge, 2–8 °C refrigeration for samples and for study medication requiring cold chain, and −20 °C freezing, plus controlled storage for supplies and for room-temperature medication. Deep-freeze capacity (−70 to −80 °C) is added according to protocol requirements.
Clinical area with exam bed, workstation, and instruments, equipped for assessments and for handling emergencies during visits, including a crash cart.
Locked cabinet for study documentation, within an access-controlled office area.
Equipped meeting room (projector, whiteboard) for site initiation, monitoring visits, and study team meetings.
Facility with an accessible restroom and support for participants with reduced mobility.
On-site storage, handling, and dispensing of the investigational product, in accordance with protocol requirements.
Access to a central laboratory and to hospital and laboratory services through established agreements, for the analyses and procedures a protocol may require.
Dedicated internet for electronic data capture (EDC) and study operations.
